I recommend that anyone installing a K&K Mini or JBB 3 Pickup system go to YouTube and watch the install videos for the K&K Mini. They are excellent. The best tip I got was how to install all three pickups at the same time. The second best tip was after drilling the end pin hole was to pass a thin wire through the end pin hole to the sound hole. Put the washers on the wire and then attach the end pin using the tightening holes. You can easily pull the end pin through the mounting hole and make adjustments to the depth before final fitting.
