DYN-M and Classical Guitar
Well, I sprung for a used DYN-M. Most all agree that the treble bridge placement yields the best results.
Problem is the bridge on my Rodriguez is arched as are most classicals. Anyone experience this, and tried alternative soundboard placement location? Haven't even tried to mount it on bridge due to the arch, but maybe it will work, just maybe. Any inputs, classical types?

Doug Young said on another post said that he knew a classical player that got great results with the Dyn-G. This pickup seems to mesh will with nylon. I think there is not a lot of response on this pickup because not many have tried it at this high entry point. Also I think the majority of this forum is steel string you might want to look for a classical guitar forum?

FWIW, I tried it briefly; the "sweet" spot for me was just behind/below the bridge (search around there). I didn't buy it because the Takamine nylon string/palathetic pickup/CTP-2 preamp is so good that I couldn't tell much of a difference - both have the best sound I have heard to date....
If I wasn't thoroughly satisfied with my Takamine solution, the DYN would be a no-brainer, even at the price....
