Santa Cruz Don Edwards Cowboy Singer
Title says it all - If anyone has one they want to part with give me a shout.
I have lots of history here over the decade. I need the 1 13/16ths - 2 5/16ths spacing. (Not the 1 3/4ths nut) Tooled case is a plus. Thanks all - stay safe! Last edited by MWB5007; 07-16-2020 at 01:26 PM. |

Hey MWB,
I have one of these but, unfortunately for you, there is no way I am letting it go. I love, love, LOVE it! However, I did want to respond in order to bump this to the top and to say, be patient because once you find one you are going to love it! It is a great guitar in looks, feel, and most importantly in sound! Good luck in your search. All the best, John |

Good point and I could be open to a Collings 00-1Mh with those spacings and a nice modified V neck. They cost less too, thanks!

Hey MWB,
I tried a new Collings OO1-MH prior to buying a used Don Edwards. Just one man's opinion but I thought the Santa Cruz, to my ears, was and is head and shoulders above the Collings that I played. As they say your mileage may vary. Every one has differing likes and dislikes, each of us perceive sound waves slightly differently and every individual guitar will have its own voice. If at all possible, play each one first and enjoy what you find to be the best. Cheers, John |
