I'm Power of Attorney that wants to pay my Mother's home insurance payment by credit card. I call them, they can't confirm my POA and ask my Mother give approval who is in Assisted Living. I can't visit my Mother in Assisted Living for her to give approval over the phone, i don't have a phone that will do a conference call.
