I personally don't like it but everyone has their own tastes. There is a TV series called engineering disasters, … just sayin'

Hope not to see this one on an upcoming season.

OK, that made me laugh. Yes, it does rather.

I must admit that seeing it in person is very different from seeing in photos. It is, uh, dramatic. As some else mentioned, DT Vancouver is ugly (although there ARE a few gems hidden away). So having this is exciting. I am startled every time I see it.

I am not an architect but was a home builder for some 40 years
The rule of thumb for cantilever is 1/3 out 2/3 in so I am guessing the building is sound structurally '
That said, and while I do really like modern utilitarian structures. I also do not care for the aesthetic, and personally would not purchase a condo in it. (but in all honesty I would likely not purchase any condo anywhere , but that's just me )

The piano however is stellar
