Default Australian's ordering from Strings & Beyond

Fellow Aussies that have recently ordered from Strings & Beyond!!
What has been your typical shipping time?
I know things are stuffed up right now with Covid-19, and S&B's website are probably still unadjusted for this weird time we are in, but the website said to allow 5-10 days for international shipping with no tracking number.
I ordered some EXP-16's when they had the 2 for the price of 1 offer recently.
It's now been 4 weeks, and they still haven't arrived.
Any feedback would be appreciated before I go back to them with some questions.

It's so slow at the moment that I'm only ordering anything guitar related from suppliers located here in Australia.

My local post office is only taking letters to overseas destinations - no parcels.

I'm still waiting for a Gibson I ordered in February!

I just received a delivery from S&B and I reckon it took at least four weeks. I wasn't worried about it because my previous delivery, from Newtone in the UK, was about eight weeks! My latest order from Newtone (which I made after I thought the first one was lost) is still to appear.

My wife orders stuff from Brisbane to be sent to us in Melbourne via Express Post "overnight delivery"...And that is taking up to two weeks to arrive!

I can't speak for international shipments, but I can speak for the service you get from Strings and Beyond. They are excellent.
