Howard has been posting occasionally on the forum since the fire ... he hasn't revealed any personal info, but he appears to be surviving.

I had corresponded with him recently to give him my best wishes, and he did respond; and he's been posting here, which is a good thing...

As Bob said, the Klepper's are putting things back together. We stay in touch and I know he appreciates everyone's concern.
