One I actually had on the back of the '89 Ford Escort I bought just before I got married (and got rid of a year later):

MY OTHER CAR IS A FUEL ALTERED

Line mechanics couldn't stop laughing every time I brought it into the dealer for service (my fellow gearheads around here'll get the joke)...

Above is my favorite. I fondly recall a long road ride in which younger riders took great pride is staying ahead of me...while I drafted for 30 miles and ended the ride quite refreshed.

and I would have to alter an earlier post to say "I may be old but others have told me that I got to see all the good bands." Some time ago a much younger person asked whether I'd ever seen ZZ Top live. I had to be honest and say "I'm pretty sure that I did" Whew!
