Default Can you recognize this tonewoods?

Can you please help me to indetify my guitar tonewoods? I think the top is european spruce or engelmann, solid indian rosewood back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and mahogany or cedar neck? what do you think?

I agree with both, thanks, one more thing:

Is this european spruce or engelman spruce? it has good overtones, sustain, projection and clarity. I recorded a solo with this guitar, I can post.

No idea. The contribution of the type Spruce to the sound produced would be very dependant upon the bracing of the top. The only accurate way to determine the influence of a different Spruce would be to have a copy of the guitar with an alternate, same braced, Spruce top.

I think the only way to know what sort of spruce or even rosewood you've got is by asking the maker or finding out what was typically used when this guitar was made. Some characteristics of certain types of wood may be particularly obvious, but people around here are pretty knowledgeable about these things, and if you post the maker/model/year you may get a lot of useful info.
