Default NGD (The King has arrived)

Have been on a journey for years trying to find an acoustic archtop with tons of dynamic range and a 1.75 nut. Had no idea there was a local builder in my backyard that makes crazy loud archtops. On my decibel meter it slayed 3 of my dreadnoughts haha...

This is a very unique instrument for a variety of reasons but it is the first archtop I have ever played that can sound full and rich, OR give you that signature old time jazzy sound if you prefer. Very responsive to changes in technique!

Solid Redwood Top
Solid Walnut back/sides
Flamed Maple neck with violin burst
Cantilevered Neck
Dual action truss rod
Hand rubbed Honey Blonde Behlen lacquer finish
1.75 nut
And one of the coolest looking headstocks I have seen.

All of this for the price of a used Taylor...

You can see more of his work here https://artisanarchtops.com

That is stunning. I sense a little Ken Parker influence there - or should it be the other way around?

I'm trying to focus on the Artisan but my eyes are darting to your amazing collection. Even the lamp..... wow. I'm in silent awe. The Artisan is gorgeous, love the headstock. Thanks for the share.
