I suggest specifying if it's the standard or wide neck version.

Hi, curious why it was sent back to elderly, for fret leveling....was there a problem when guitar was received new?

Yes. A few frets were a bit higher than others creating a slight buzz. Elderly took it back, leveled all frets to take care of the issue. They did a nice job and the problem is solved.

The middle photo is more accurate. Burst color is more brown than red. I think the lighting help cause a reddish color in the other photo.
