Glad everyone is enjoying the images as much as I am....

@ Michael Watts - you have no idea how many times I have looked at "The Virtuous Circle" - you truly do justice to a wonderful guitar and have the ability to effortlessly coax the inherent beauty of the tone from the Bashkin. I am inspired by your playing.

@Billy Boy - thx, (I managed to secure one of the remaining awesome Maple sets from like yours from Tim for my Healdsburg 2013 McKnight SDG, after seeing your McKnight)

Although I initially was not going to have a soundport I changed my mind () and chose Michael's very elegant and graceful f-hole sound port which to me looks fantastic;

Not a big fan of sound ports, but that is quite elegant and is a very nice touch.

Agree it's a subtle touch of sound port addition.

That's very touching to hear, The Virtuous Circle is one of my favourite pieces to play and demands a responsive instrument to bring out the colours. I'm glad you're enjoying it and hope you continue to keep watching!

Ah, so that's how he binds that thing! I did wonder...

I am going to continue to just post the images as I believe they speak far more eloquently of this build than I could....

Thx Sage

We are expecting it to be ready for finishing around end November.

And then a bit of a break as finishing starts only in January as per my request.
