Too good to be true...
I got this ad on my Facebook page today...and I would love to jump on one of the Martin's that are offered here for such a crazy price...but the phrase "if it looks too good to be true, it usually is" rings in my head.
What do you think? https://www.writoftess.com/# |

I saw a similar fb post a week ago about a music store going out of business. Sure looks like horse poop.

There have been a number of threads about this. It’s a H.O.A.X.
Fuggedaboutit and concentrate on playing the guitar(s) you already have.

Don't believe ANY FB ads for things too cheap to be true. If the web address isn't a legitimate one (they never are!), just pass it by.
Yesterday, I saw an ad for a place offering Keen sandals and boots for 1/4 of the price as they usually go for. Either: 1) you never get anything for your money or 2) a cheap counterfeit.

Frankly had I known this was an oft-posted thing, I wouldn't have taken the time to post it.
I wasn't about to send them my money. |

Nah, no red flags here...95 bucks for guitars that normally cost a couple grand.

We've talked about these ads on and off here. Sooo obvious but still very entertaining.
