Default Kronbauer Baritone

Kronbauer Baritone mini jumbo guitar. This guitar was built by Trevor Kronbauer in 2008. The guitar has a MacIntyre Feather passive pickup.

For forum members, $1900 plus $75 shipping. I might consider a trade. SOLD

I have played the guitar with medium and heavy gauge strings tuned from C to D. The passive, soundboard mounted pick up works well.

Honduran Mahogany back and sides
Carpathian Spruce top
Mini Jumbo Body style
5 piece neck
Maple bindings
Gotoh 510 tuners 21:1 ratio
Walnut rosette
Custom Burled Headstock
20" Body length
16 1/8" Lower bout
11 3/4" Upper bout
10" Waist
3 5/8" to 4 1/2" Deep
1 13/16" Nut
2/14" String Spacing
27" Scale Length

The guitar is in overall great condition. The frets show minimal wear. There is a small filled ding on the lower bout (see photo). There are a few other shallow dings on the top. There is a finish rub with some checking on the heel (see photo). The back and sides, neck and headstock look really clean. The case is not original. It has some tape on the handle and shows some wear on the outside, but the latches are sound and it cradles the guitar very well.

Thanks for looking.

Nice guitar, are you sure about the 27" scale length?

Okay, I also have a Kronbauer baritone, mine is closer to 28.75 scale. Either way they are great guitars and an amazing value for a hand made guitar. GLWS

Evidently Trevor Kronbauer has made baritones with different scale lengths.

This one has a shorter 27 inch scale.

I played a Kronbauer baritone that a forum member in Asheville was selling last year. It was sublime...just fabulous! Don’t know if this is the one but Trevor’s work is top notch!!! This is a steal...

Bump again.

For your consideration, a nice baritone with a shorter scale length - 27 inches.
