Elusive Rainsong 12-string spotted
No budget for it right now, but maybe someone else needs a nice WS3000 that appears to be at The Guitar Exchange in Florida...

I had one and it sang like a chorus of Angels!

I always wanted one to match my WS-1000, but they were discontinued before I was in a position to buy a niche guitar that expensive. Now I have a custom Emerald X20-12, the only production twelve string on the market these days.

Over the years I've owned a couple of WS3000 12 strings. Really nice guitars overall especially if you prefer a more traditional body shape. The radius on them is kind of a bear to play compared to the Emeralds I will say and I think the Emerald is a better sounding to my ears. Less compressed and more punch. Could be the Sound Port design of the X20's.
Can't go wrong with either but while I liked my WS3000 I just love my Emerald X20-12.

I would love to add a 12-string to my stable, but it'll likely be a couple more years before I can the room in my budget (wife has other spending priorities in the near-term), but you'd be hard-pressed to find a better 12 than a WS3000.
