Default Looking for Noise reduction plugin for garageband

Hi everyone
Does anybody know any good noise reduction plugin that I can use for GarageBand and Amplitube? Whenever I plug in my electric guitar into my Scarlett Focusrite Solo, there's a hiss noise that never goes away. If I start playing, the sounds from the guitar just masks it and you can still hear that hiss under the guitar. I can use noise gate to set the threshold so that it kills the noise when not playing, but once I start plucking/strumming the noise returns, then it stops again once I stop playing. It's really annoying and problematic when I want to have a really clean recording or use a high gain amp.

I've seen this plugin from Klevgrand called Brusfri but I want to hear your opinions before I jump in and purchase it. Are they good? Any other good ones out there?

ReaFIR comes in the Reaper free VST bundles and can filter out noise. It's best for amp hum and other noise that has distinct frequencies to it. It does an FFT analysis to identify the offending frequencies, then notch filters them out.

iZoptope RX-9 Spectral De-Noise is very, very good.
