Default Should I be concerned ? Neck lifting (Pictures Now)

I have a new Epiphone DR400 and I noticed the base of the neck close to the soundhole is lifting, I can see glue separation and I can slip a posti-note between the neck and the soundboard on both corners..next to the soundhole..
I'm within my 45 day grace period, Should I send it back??

No, but seriously: glue separation on a new guitar? OF COURSE you should send it back.

If you keep it, and you're lucky, there's a chance that you'll have a rare example of the world's best guitar because all the others self-destructed - rendering yours priceless!

Then again, you may have a turd...

Get rid of it!
