Great guitar, but I need to thin the herd and pay for some basement waterproofing. Condition is Excellent - with a little wear, and a small smudge (maybe some belt rubbing) on the top of the back. I recorded this into a cellphone, and the guitar still sounds good, I think. Action is a hair over 3/2 at the 12th fret.
