Yes the Gore/Gillet books is what I was referring too. Bare in mind that Trevor is a PHD in engineering or something like that and his book is a text book which could be used for an entire 4 credit with a lab semester college course. You can skim and breeze by much of it if you want but to truly get it you will not want to turn a page till you understand at least most of the math behind it... Good luck

I'm sure the math is very enlightening, however, the basic concepts are well laid out, enough so that the bits written in English are very helpful. The math is beyond me and I've been using the techniques laid out quite effectively for quite some time now...

I reckon it turned out alright...I finished the inside of the rims just to darken the walnut.
