Default John Fahey cover on nylon - Some summer day

This is my wife's favourite Fahey song (unfortunately she doesn't like them all). It's quite repetitive so I've been trying to get in more dynamics and variation in tempo etc. Still needs some work yet.

Very nice job... I liked it. Is that the Camps? Looks like a sweet guitar. Hope you'll post some more. I always enjoy hearing Fahey tunes.

Thanks Kerbie. It is the Camps, my only full size guitar! It gets a lot of loving

Admittedly I'm pretty ignorant of Fahey's work but I liked what I heard. Sweet and soothing playing Sirwhale!

Thanks Sean. Some of Fahey's tunes can be a bit wild for the new listener, but there are many very accessible tunes. And from there, you develop a taste

Loved it. I really appreciate the touch thoughtful blues playing requires. Some guitar players seem to attack the blues rather than play the blues. You have great feeling and touch. Those slow bends were awesome! Great playing!
Great sounding guitar

The piece is tricky to play, especially on nylon strings but the result is good
