An original with a Celtic feel (my wife is an Irish girl from Hoboken )

Guitar: Avalon

Strings: D'Addario Nickel Bronze light top/medium bottom

Tuning:CGDGAD, capo 4

Gear: Zoom H5 built in mics

Barry, this terriffic. Great recording, great tone on that Avalon too. Lush, melodic. And the composition has this one note where I expect a major scale note, and it’s a minor note snuck in (forgive my noob terminology... not a music theory guy)... and it MAKES it.

Really enjoyable...

Congrats on a good one, Barry!! Really like the way it changes up...Celtic indeed! The recorded sound is very good.....along with your playing.

Very nice work!
The Foggy Dew reminds me of the Old Songs from Appalachia. Sung almost as a moan, dirge of sorts. A fiddle playing a single melody line which is being sung simultaneously. Hauntingly wonderful music.
