Which guitar should I choose?

Hey,
I am thinking of offering a CG to my boyfriend but I know nothing of guitars... Since we moved to another country he really misses playing and did not bring his guitar. He has played with an Admira Juanita for some time as an hobby.
Now, I am still deciding from a Cortez CC32, Cordoba C3M, and a second hand ESTEVE 1.7sm for 299€ with a professionally fixed crack in the bottom but amaaaazing sound.
Do you have suggestions which one to chose from? I would like to spend between 200-300€.

I have no experience with the other two, but as a huge Cordoba fan... I can tell you that the 3M is a great guitar for the money.

Get the one with the best sound...definitely. Anything else can be tweaked and modified, but your stuck with the sound.
