A thought...

Do you know, neck bow is not consistent across frets. Often, the first 2 frets show great bow, that can give you "correct" specs if the neck relief is measured from 1st to 14th frets.

Hence, try to check your relief (on each and every string) from 3rd fret to 12th or 13th fret. You just MIGHT have a flattish neck in that position.

You said you checked the frets with a level/rocker. Did you check near the 14th fret...??

Does it have washers under the press-fit bushings?
