Default Ibanez PM-200

Does anyone know why the neck pickup and the very end of the fingerboard are adjacent on the Ibanez PM-200 but on the marketing material when Pat is playing his there is a gap of about a 1/2 inch between neck pick up and end of the fret board (like on a ES175). Just curious.

Pat's is probably either a prototype/early-production model, or a one-off custom...

Exactly Steve. Pat is pictured with a prototype. Strange that the production model didn't have the same neck pup location.
