What do you string your hogs up with?
I use GHS Americanas on my all mahogany Alvarez that is between a parlor and 00 in size. It is a nice in between tone - brighter than PBs or nickel and warmer than 80/20s. It is a lightly built short scale 12 fret and 12-54s work great on it. It likes extra lights as well as it is a very responsive guitar.
