Thanks guys! So far, with the dummy Maple saddle, it has a great full sound with sustain and balance. It will settle for a week or so and I can do the final set up with a real saddle.

I have the first two guitars already heading to Texas for the BIG show. The Woodsman which I have previously posted about on this thread and a Josie small jumbo. The small jumbo has an old growth Western Red Cedar top and the back and sides are a beautiful set of 40yrs old East Indian Rosewood.





I particularly pride myself in the dynamic range I can get from cedar topped guitars. So for those of you who believe cedar has no headroom give this guitar a try and see if it isn't a bit of a myth buster! I'll temper that a bit and say it isn't an Adirondack Bluegrass beat box so please keep your heavy pick in your pocket! . I don't claim to make Bluegrass guitars.
