SOLD! Offering my 2021 Eastman MDC804 Mandocello. My 9 month experiment with the mandocello is done and I just can't justify owning such a nice instrument that I rarely play. Solid carved spruce top and solid maple back and sides. A first class instrument. I can't call any used instrument "mint" but this is close. It has not left my home since I bought it. OHSC, truss rod tool, pick pouch and polishing cloth are included. These retail at $2200. Asking $1700. I can provide other pics, just let me know what you need to see. SOLD!

I have the MDC805 (f hole model). These are really great instruments. Mine is now a "convertible". It currently has a 6 string nut and bridge, and the top two tuning machines are unused. Makes a great archtop guitar.

I still have the original 8 string nut and bridge to go back to mandocello if I want.

I would be interested in talking trades for a dread of similar value with a 1 3/4" nut width. Otherwise, I'm always willing to consider offers.
