Default Found One! John Hartford - Aereo Plain LP Record

Found One, thanks AGF.

Does anyone have this LP record that they would be willing to sell? I already have the cd but I would like to replace the LP version that found it's way out of my collection sometime over the years?

If someone has this LP (original or reissue) that they would like to sell please send me a PM or email to doodahdoug at aol.com with your asking price shipped via media mail to Carrollton, TX 75007. Pictures and a description of the record's condition would be appreciated.

Thanks for looking...I look forward to hearing from you!

Not the album, but we all had a fun time with this one.

One of my favorite records of all time. When CDs came out in the mid 80s, I waited for this to be released. Many years went by and I heard that maybe the master had been lost, so I would buy the LP every time I'd see it. I think when the CD finally came out I was up to 4 used copies + 1 that was still sealed.

I sold all but the sealed copy when I went from 1200 albums to 200 a couple years ago

What a fun jam on Hartford's "Steam Powered Aereo Plane". Thanks for sharing.

Man, I wish I had been there for your clearance sale Paul! I'm not sure if I loaned my copy of this LP and it didn't make it's way home or if I traded it in during a momentary lapse of reason thinking the compact disc version would be sufficient. There's something about holding and reading the LP in your hand while you listen to the vinyl version that has me searching.

Someone else who may have more than one copy or they have moved to streaming music, or musical tastes have changed, please reach out to me.

I've used discogs a couple of times. There are a number of copies listed there

Discogs is [also] my source for almost everything used that's otherwise hard-to-find.

Thanks guys, if I don't find a copy from an AGF member looking to sell, I'll likely go that route.
