Default Freight Train

This is a 1 take recording during a jam session with friends Sue (vocals) and Klaus (piano). Bass added in post-production.
Hope you like it.

Sounds really good. I play a rendition of this song and it sounds good but it's a pretty basic travis picking version. I found another version online now that is a bit fancier and I will start trying to expand to that one. One thing you can say about this tune is that even the simple versions of it tend to sound nice.

Again, nice work!

Thank you Huskyman. Much appreciated.
It is true that there are songs which are so well written that no matter how hard I might try to ruin them they will allways sound great.

Default Nicely done

Something about that performance carries through. Very nice.

Enjoyed listening all the way through.

Liked the way the vocalist changed a bit for the second verse.

Guitar work was solid.

Just had a very friendly, welcoming feeling overall.

Thank you very much Arthur.
My friendship with Sue goes back 30 years. We used to perform together as duo but now we live in different countries and only meet when we can.
I guess the joy of being playing together once again came through into the recording
