The exact wording of the OP was "Can someone tell me the difference between Martin Omc bodied guitars and the ooo and the gc bodied guitars?"

OOOs tend to be more slope-shouldered, and OMs are square shouldered. They do not look alive to me because of that. I believe there is a difference in bridge placement as well.

I've never heard of the Martin GC, but it appears to be a Martin made exclusively for Guitar Center (...interpret that anyway you wish)

However on the subject of the other two models mentioned, the differences are:

Scale length, therefore string tension...
Bracing...
and TONE!

I can see (...and hear) why Eric Clapton prefers the 000...

Not to worry, any good mortician can make your OM look every bit as alive as the best 000 - sound might be another matter...

Yes I think for the 12 fret the bridge moves further south closer to the center between soundhole and edge. This supposedly results in better resonance and higher volume.

To answer the question, yes they are very similar, but not identical. Bouts may be slightly different, waist may be slightly different, depth may be slightly different. Shoulders may be slightly different.

In reality, the differences are actually most important when fitting a case.
What question are you answering? Depending on your question processing, I believe the OP's question was answered in the first 5 replies.

The OP may want to clarify the first post. I process the question this way:

"Omc" could mean OMC, OM with a cutaway
I assume OP's "ooo" is meant to be "000"
"gc" could mean Grand Concert which is a Martin size 00
Currently, Martin OM body size = 000 body size; identical unless cutaway
All other differences, such as scale length, bracing, materials etc,. are answered on the Martin site.
