…Ducks lose….in crazy fashion…..no big surprise….I felt they were over rated early on…and that Stanford was under rated….the PAC 12 teams have the most evenly matched teams in any conference.…they’re gonna beat up on each other all season long….college playoffs are a long shot for any PAC 12 team….but it makes for great inter conference play….

Very happy to see the Bearcats play well enough to beat Notre Dame. They are coached well and I look for them to go undefeated the rest of the way.

That's gotta be a tough loss for the Ducks in OT. A #3 team being beat by an unranked team, which may be attributed to the factors you mentioned regarding rankings.

Lots of top 25 teams losing yesterday.

Kentucky beating Florida? Mississippi St. beating Texas A&M in Texas? Auburn beating LSU in “Death Valley”? What’s the likelihood all three of these results happen on the same day again in our lifetime?

Arkansas is much improved but still can’t compete with the conference bullies. Georgia looks like a complete team. Maybe it’s their year.

I was hopeful Oregon could represent their conference in post season play. Less likely now.

For Cincinnati to beat Notre Dame in South Bend is huge. I hope they get a shot at Al, Ga, Iowa, OSU, Penn St or whoever/ whatever teams make the playoffs.

I watched bits and pieces of some games yesterday. Alabama and Georgia are going to hard to beat. Penn St and Iowa next Sat. will weed out one of them.
Both Michigan teams should win. What will happen with Oklahoma and Texas?? Will Cincinnati be a contender when the final picks are in???
Several one loss teams will continue to crawl and fight to the top.....several are done for. And what of those other no loss teams not mentioned???

AH College football the autumnal ritual of win's, losses, and could have been's with a committee who gets to pick some of the final opportunities for winning and loosing......

It is fun to watch though...

I'll be watching that Penn State/Iowa game with real interest. Anything beats watching the Pirates and Steelers lose badly.

What games are you following today? #4 Penn State vs #3 Iowa is the only matchup of two top 10 teams. Georgia/Auburn should be a good one.

Watched some of the Tennessee--South Carolina game. UT won 45-20. Glad to see their offense is improving under QB Hendon Hooker. Hope that continues.

Wow... Oklahoma just pulled it out over Texas, running for a TD with 3 seconds left on the clock.

Looking forward to Iowa--Penn State and Alabama tonight.

Great game! I hadn’t realized that Iowa had such a strong defense. I only saw the 1st quarter and the last 6 minutes of the 4th but it must have been a slug fest between two very good teams.

I don't think I've ever watched 3 games in one day, but I did yesterday. Played a lot of guitar, too, while watching. It was a good day.

1) Watched Oklahoma come back from down 3 TDs to beat Texas. Yay!

2) Watched two great defenses in the Iowa-Penn St. game.

3) And Michigan squeaked by Nebraska. I feel bad for Scott Frost. He's SOOO close, but has that brutal schedule. Great game, though.

I can't believe Texas A&M upset Alabama, 41-38.

Stunning. Alabama had won 100 consecutive games over unranked teams before the loss. Georgia will be the new #1. I wonder if Iowa will hit #2?

Yeah, I think Georgia #1, Iowa #2 and Alabama #3, but we'll see.

One of my good buddies is an A&M fan and former player/cadet. I'm sure he's flying among the clouds this morning!
