Sold - The Loar LH-700 VS Archtop

This Loar LH700 is not your ordinary LH700.. This was hand picked by the owner of the company to become a model 33 for a project for the NAMM Show.. They send it out to have the finish slightly distressed. Basically there is a lot of checking in the finish to simulate age.. Then they planned on installing a Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Charlie Christian Pickup.. The project was put on hold until the next year and this guitar was sold.. I am the second owner… I’ve had a couple of these LH700’s and I’m telling you this one is pretty special.. It plays and sounds very close to a Gibson L5 custom shop 16” body that I had a chance to compare it too.. This is a wonderful Archtop.. 1 3/4” V neck that plays effortlessly.. 24 3/4” scale is wonderful.. Comes with original Gardian Case… SOLD
