Default "Moment of Zen" Videos for Good Vibes

Take one down, pass it around, and post another!

Somebody did a 10 hour loop of this one! This is the 48 second version

That’s great. Thanks. (The ones near me are extremely territorial.)

This video gives me some zen. Maybe it's the music, but love Rob Machado's style. He's the surfer I most like to emulate, style-wise.

I'm a long way off. Machado is da man.

I learned in Pacifica CA. Longboards on mild surf all day for my zen. Cross Steppin' and Nose Walking FTC! (for the Calm). Your vid has way better music than this one to my taste. And no I didn't pick this for the lovely lady. It was one of the few that was short, and not a "how to".

Getting a new longboard this week and will almost certainly take it out to Rockaway (Pacifica) immediately! We've been suffering from a lack of swell and it's one of the only places getting decent swell.

Nice vid. I do enjoy watching women surf, it's a whole other vibe. And so nice to have them in the lineup, it mellows things a bit.

Definitely hit Colombo's Deli in Pacifica. The roast beef bomb and the 49'er were my faves, but only because I make killer meatballs myself. I used to live four blocks away.

The old barber at Coastside Barber Shop taught me the love of the longboard mid late eighties. I swear he could surf for an hour and still be dry

This one grabbed me. First time I saw it I saw it was 10 minutes long so just had a quick look out of curiosity and ended up watching the full video. Great photography and great to see the night sky rotating around the horizon. The approach to Hong Kong Harbour is something special too.

Nice, Ozzy. I too sat through the whole thing, even though the intent was a quick sample. Time-lapse photography fascinates me.

This few years oldie still gets me.

1. I can still ride bits and I still dig. All air and sideways time is great time.
2. I know and work with two Red Bull course builders. One will be collaborating with us again in a week.
3. Some of the Trek people who support this guy and who engineer and make and build his stuff are friends.
4. To prove it's the rider, one of my bikes came from Trek race shop stock. I'd be done at the 1:44 gap. Last summer I got a concussion screwing up a smaller gap. It said no more for sexagenarian mediocre riders.
5. 2:26. Do you just hop on your bike while jumping off a roof?

Pump 'n fly 'n drop riding is just so darned fun.

Edit: A lot of people underestimate just how good the great free ride and great downhill riders are. I've been on event rides with Trek and IMBA and celebrities. It's funny as all get out when you see some surprises. Stepping in the Trek race shop and where the prototype people work is also fun. You can see bikes with famous people's names who are not bike professionals. They've made them for other sports pros, entertainers, car racers and a former US president.

In my dental office we have the Cornell Bird Feeder Cam running throughout the day. Everybody loves it.

Jesus is a pretty good surfer! Of course, if you can walk on water I guess it just comes naturally....

This guy makes a ton of great videos like this and it takes him a really LONG time to make each one:

They're incredible and great to watch on a 4k TV in the dark.

Maybe not exactly Zen, but life affirming

If young critters at play isn't Zen inducing, my personal definition is off...

I agree, I was referring to my choice of background music which I tried to get as spunky as the little guys exuberance

The foxes are great, I have seen the ones around here mousing in the snow with that same technique
