Was going to suggest Martin Simpson for both those tunings - I particularly like CGCFCD. You can buy some of his tabs from his website here. Quite a few are pretty accessible to intermediate players.

I used to use CGCEGD AKA Open Cadd2 I now use DADF#AE the same tuning up a whole step (open Dadd2). It good for fingerpicking all of the old classics Wabash Cannon Ball , Will The Circle Be Unbroken, Do I ever Cross your Mind, Away In Manger, Slient Night, Amazing Grace, ECT.
