Sure, I'll post pic's of the gutiar that was sent as well as the other two that I was considering.

I have 2 great guitars in my hands now from other builders to compare it too so if it doesn't stand up to those I'll be returning it.

Well, I got the guitar from Rodrigo... It was not up to snuff so I'll be returning it. The materials were beautiful but the workmanship was just 'OK' and the sound was not what I was hoping for.

My biggest complaint is that I asked for a french polish top and I believe that what I got was lacquer. I was very clear on this and was told that it was called "hard french polish"... Call it what you will...it looked and felt like lacquer to me.

Sorry I didn't take any photos.

He is not known as a luthier in Brazil and i've never heard of or seen one of his guitars. He is best known as a wood trader.
FWIW, I currently own two fantastic Moreira guitars and I couldn't be be more pleased. One is a Hauser Concert (cedar/brazilian) and a new Jeff Elliot copy (spruce/brazilian). Workmanship is top-notch and both guitars sound beautiful, full, well-balanced. My communications with Rodrigo have always been clear, professional, and he's conducted his transactions with me in a very reputable manner. Several top online guitar dealers speak highly of his guitars, and again, I'm very happy with my Moreira guitars. Rodrigo currently resides most of the year in the Boston area. Thanks.

Fred

I've had two guitars built by Rodrigo, both had to be returned or forwarded to another buyer due to workmanship and the quality of materials, I did not get what I was promised, I had no problems dealing with him when it came to returning my money.
