Default Bedell JB52G maple jumbo with new Gator hardshell ..SOLD

_________________________________________

I own 2 Bedell guitars: one a Bend Oregon made 64 dread (one of the best mahogany guitars I've had in the house of many many top notch dreads from some of the best builders) and this Chinese-made 2011 JB52G maple jumbo. Both are absolutely outstanding.

I can't find a mark on this one. It is essentially "out of the box" new. Plenty of saddle left to set the action to your liking. Woods are impressive all around. Someone will be very happy with this one. It includes a brand-spanking new Gator hardshell case. Final price reduction! SOLD to your door. Here is the exact model for significantly more. I think mine a steal. https://reverb.com/item/11173835-use...guitar-natural

*I am really looking to sell, but I would consider a trade for a similar 12-string. It would be great if someone had the twelve string version of this -- Bedell JB-52-12-G -- they might want to swap. I just have too many 6 stringers in the house right now.

• Body: Jumbo
• Top: Solid Alaskan Sitka Spruce
• Back and Sides: Solid Canadian Flamed Maple
• Neck: Sold Maple
• Nut Width: 1-11/16 inches
• Scale: 25.5 inches
• Fingerboard: Ebony
• Bridge: Ebony
• Case: Brand new Gator hardcase

Don't let the "Made in China" label fool you on this one. It's an excellent instrument in all regards. Brand spanking new Gator case. At this price, I can't imagine doing better. It's a peach. Really. And I've got a pretty good fleet here that it is competing with.

Thanks for looking in!
Brent

Beautiful!
I've got a RW dread from the same Bedell Performance series. They are quite good guitars, with wonderful wood work and finishing. It is certainly on a par with good solid wood Chinese guitars like the Yamaha A3x or Lx16 series for build quality, playability and tonal quality, and are available for much less $. A really good LL16 would run at least a couple hundred more, but wouldn't be solid maple, of course.
My Bedell is my everyday practice instrument, and I'm very pleased with it. I replaced a Yammie LS16 with it and the Bedell dread has much better bass and looks better too.
At this price I'd jump on this in a heartbeat if I wanted a jumbo.

Thanks for the kind words! I thought this one would move quickly at this price.

Let's try another trip to the top. This will be a pleasant surprise for someone. It's a well built and great playing and sounding instrument. Don't let the price and the fact that it was build overseas fool you. I own instruments from some of today's top builders. This is competitive in my mix.

Thanks for looking in!

Default Sound clip?

Do you have any audio of the guitar? Can't seem to find more than one You Tube video online. I've never had the opportunity to hear this Bedell model played live or to play it myself.

Thanks.
