Seems like one of these threads mentioned an x7 with a l2 pickup, but I can't find it. That would have to be easier to do than make a short scale 12 fret x10.

I'm sure they'd make whatever you want, but an X30 Baritone seems like a natural to me. 7-string, fan fret... but now I'm just getting carried away

What strikes me the most is the size of the X30 ! What a beast, I bet it sounds fantastic, and as usual, awesome pictures that really help me (us) a lot !! Thanks

I went with the 24.6" scale on the X10 - makes it a 13-fret. Right between the 24" scale on the X7 and the 25.5" scale on the X10 (1 11/16" nut) and the X20 (1 3/4" nut).

While the body sizes are close with the X7 and X10, the stock neck scales and nut widths will make for a very different playing experience. Guessing.

Thanks, Kramster. That X30 looks huge by comparison, but I bet it is quite comfy to play, especially for a truly jumbo guitar. It must approach the dimensions of the Balor bass, and would likely make a great baritone.
