Hey all - Here's a "rusty" rendition of Old Man by Neil Young on my J-35.

Cool.. Thanks Eric.

As a FYI on my recording equipment..

I recently bought an IK Multimedia iRig Pro I/O ..
Which acts as a high quality Audio interface for my iPhone.

It has single input jack for XLR or Guitar cable input .. I simply connected both my guitar and mic into the iRig directly from my TC Helicon Play Acoustic pedal. Just used the mono output (XLR) of the Play Acoustic pedal to the iRig XLR input.

The iRig Pro has the Apple Lightning output connector/cable ...That goes directly into the iPhone's port which is super clean. Everything is recorded on the iPhone. The iRig comes with the A/V recorder App.

When recording is done.. I transferred the finished video from iPhone to my PC. Once on PC .. I used the basic Windows Movie Maker program to edit the video (simple trimming of the In and out). Audio intact.. no post processing or effects on the audio at all.

May not be the most elegant or highest quality. But it is super easy for me and way better sound then the phone's microphone on it's own.

I know this is not the tech area.. But thought I'd share .. Since I have been wanting to do some demos for a while... Without a lot of work.

Very nicely done Jake! I don't think I have seen a video from you before, so this was fun! Very enjoyable!

Hey Glenn - Thank you for your reply.

I "finally" got around to video... This was really a test more than anything. I need to work on the audio a bit more. Perhaps lighting too.

But I was pleased with the results.. thus far... It's a process to get it all right.... AND get a quality performance too.

I may try a condenser mic(s) next... Rather than processing though my TC Helicon effects unit.

Thanks again.. I'm going to try some more this weekend.
