Default Will J-45 shaped slope shoulder guitars fit Collings Traditional Dreadnought Cases?

Does anyone know whether or not J-45 shaped slope shoulder guitars fit Collings Traditional Dreadnought Cases?

I carry mine in a traditional square shoulder dreadnought case, so I’m thinking yes, it will.

If you are carrying a slope shoulder dreadnought in a "Collings dreadnought traditional case," then what do you mean you are "thinking it will"?
You are just saying that it will fit with no problem, right?

Thank you for your reply!

I don't have a J-45, but a Collings CJ (which is similarly sized as a J-45?) will NOT fit in a Collings-made traditional/vintage-style dreadnought case. The CJ is too wide.

My guess is not very well as the J-45 is a Jumbo from one maker while the Collings D series is a Dreadnaught from a completely different maker. Collings cases are designed to fit specific Collings guitars, Gibson cases are designed to fit specific Gibson guitars, Martin cases are designed to fit specific Martin guitars, etc. Every maker uses slightly different dimensions in the designs of each of their models of guitars so you should simply get the proper case that matches exactly your J-45. Anything else even if you can stuff it in somehow will not give the protection a proper case will give.

I had a P*W model J and it fit into a Collings Traditional case, a bit snugly though it did fit.
