Every room comes with an acoustic guitar.

That's nothin'. The place I stayed in DC offered all the chocolate chip cookies you wanted. Now, my wife is allergic to chocolate and I don't eat sugar, but it was a grand gesture!

Please tell me this is a joke. Because my wife is a chocoholic (really…it’s a thing) and I am pretty sure that she would want to live permanently in that hotel. At least until we ran out of money.

Walked into a hotel on the harbor in Baltimore, they had a GS Mini in the lobby that guests could borrow. My buddy and I did a rendition on Peaceful Easy Feeling right there. That was a lot of fun.

Stay there while they're new and not yet abused. We stayed in a place in Washington with loaner kayaks that I wouldn't trust in a kiddie pool with a life jacket.

They have 49 rooms and it’s located only a couple of miles from the Super Bowl stadium. Sure they’re hoping for a sell out that weekend. Just opened last week so maybe not.

Let us know. Since I live here doubt I’ll ever stay there.

Some Hard Rock Hotels include Fender guitars with your room at no extra charge. Last time I did that, years ago, they brought the guitar and a Fender Floor and headphones.

We rented an Airb&b last spring and it had a guitar for renters’ use. Pretty cool. It was some cheap Epiphone acoustic, but it actually sounded pretty good.
