Coach Dungy (the NBC analyst) called it. At the beginning of the second half he recalled a similar situation when he was coaching the Colts, who came back from a 21-0 deficit (in the 4th quarter!) to win it on a last play field goal.
The Jaguars made a lot of nervy mistakes in the first half that cost them dearly and made the Chargers look better than they were. Still, heckuva comeback win for Jacksonville. They seem to be well coached.
I think they play the Chiefs next. That should be a much harder test.

Almost seems impossible? extremely improbable. Guess all they can do is follow the game "script"

Moral of the Charger/Jaguar game? Don't fall asleep during a playoff game. I missed the entire 2nd half.

Thankfully I have NFL Replay.

Yeah, that's me too. Woke up this morning to a massive surprise. The biggest downside of living on the east coast. We're moving out west to Oregon this Spring, so we'll be good for NBA and MLB post seasons, but we come to North Carolina each winter (daughter, son in law, and granddaughter live here), so it'll still be an issue for the NFL playoffs. Sports viewing is so much more civilized on the west coast - we lived there for years in a previous life and I'm looking forward to getting back out there again!

Glad I was able to see the end. And for those of you who missed it and might not realize that at 30-20 the Jags scored a TD and then decided to GO FOR 2!! (An SD penalty gave the ball at the 1) . So much for playing for a tie at home😯
As a one time denizen of Western NY I still remember the Bills Oilers game from the early 90s. That game was even weirder because, as I recall, the Oilers came out in the 2nd and scored a TD adding to their lead before the Bills comeback.

I remember that too. It was also a bigger deficit and the comeback was led by the backup QB. That one happened in the daytime too, so I saw the whole thing.

Check-down Kirk dooms the Vikes. 4th and 12 on last chance possession and he throws a 3 yd pass. Of course our defense was as stout as Kleenex. 🤯

Being a NY Giants fan I was on the edge of my seat...I don't agree with the roughing the passer call....But it didn't change the outcome. I think the coaches for NY was what made the difference. It was a great game

Oh yeah I forgot the Bills had none other than Frank Reich (recently fired Colts head coach) at QB due to a Kelly injury. I also forgot that Houston had crushed the Bills in the last came of the season with Reich as QB. I bet there are still a few ex Oilers fans around who are still wondering what happened?
