Default Philadelphia Luthier Tools & Supplies

Wanted to pass along a great source of parts and tools.

Philadelphia Luthier Tools & Supplies

I've worked with them quite a few times now over the years. In the past, mostly for bass parts and tools, and now that I circled back to a 6 string, for guitar parts.

They keep significant stock on all the important stuff, and, they ship super fast.

I have no affiliation with them. I just like passing the word around when I see a company do a great job.

Agreed. Have been very happy with my albeit limited experience.

I agree. They are on my "check here" list, especially when looking for parts for electrics.

Yes. great company. I've discovered them as a source for pre-radiused stainless fretwire. Also cheaper on some identical tools than Stewmac or LMI.

Thanks for the tip. I've recently been looking for bone nut blanks. The well-known reliable online shop wanted $20 each. Several other online sources advertised $5 but at checkout tried to hit me with $20 shipping.

I gave Philadelphia a try and ordered some blanks with shipping at a reasonable price.

FWIW I've had one transaction so far with Philadelphia LT & S and all went well

I've bought a fair pile of bridge pins and other bone parts like saddle and nut blanks from Bob Colosi over the years, with good results

Recently, I found these folks:

While I have not done business with them yet, their prices are very competitive, especially considering that Shipping is a flat-rate $9

Happy thoughts from me, too. Several purchases, prices are fair, quick response, honest about stock status.

I have used Philadelphia Luthier Tools as well and my experience was good.
