Default Replacement saddle for Cordoba C5

I want to lower the action on my new C5 (it's over 4 mm on all strings). And I want to keep the original saddle unmodified. Can you tell me what product would work?

I can't make precise measurements but it seems about 80mm long and less than 3mm thick so perhaps this one will fit https://graphtech.com/products/tusq-...3mm-pq-9210-c0 ?

Before I mess with the saddle I should set the truss rod. (Nut action is good.) How much relief is typical for someone who likes to play loud? On steel string acoustics and electrics I prefer plenty relief for my heavy-handed picking.
