Default hanging guitar humidifier

Most of my guitars live in a humidified room. But I keep one hanging in my office for doodling. Anyone have a favorite product that goes in the soundhole of a hanging guitar, that won't drip water? Not really finding a clear winner online.

Nothing will keep an uncased, hanging guitar humidified besides a room humidifier. Nothing you can put in the soundhole is going to do anything for the neck, fingerboard or headstock.

I keep a large finished, heated and insulated basement music room humidified with a humidistat controlled Aircare unit with a two quart reservoir. I have to refill it every 2 to 3 days.

If you insist upon doing this, get one that covers the soundhole so at least so the moisture has to escape through the guitar. Dampits and Kysers do this. There may be others. Be careful on a Kyser to squeeze extra moisture out before installing.

As Mando said. However, I’ve used most types of sound-hole humidifiers and have never had any of them leak or drip. If you use them as directed they are fine.
