Need help from D-21 experts
Some D-21s I have seen have rosewood bridge/fingerboard. Some have Ebony. What is the difference on the used market on a perception basis? Is ther a noticeable diff in sound?

A rosewood vs. ebony bridge certainly affects the sound, but it would be hard to seriously contend that the choice of fingerboard material does in any audible fashion. |

D21’s have rosewood boards and bridges. They are essentially D-18’s with rosewood back and sides or D-28’s with D-18 trim, a horse apiece.
Rosewood boards and bridges, some will say, give more air and less immediate snap that is attributed to ebony. Also the mass difference of the bridge can affect the overall vibrations of the top.
