New Wave Channel on Sirius is celebrating with a double trouble Friday 13th (two songs). Radio stations always do Two for Tuesday , but I thought their take on it was clever.

I love horror movies, but at 4PM today, I'll be playing prelude music at a wedding for my daughter's best friend. 6 songs... among them, "Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye," "Good Things" by the Bodeans, "In My Life", and some others.
During the wedding, I am accompanying my daughter on an acoustic version of "I Can't Help Falling in Love With You." It's the Elvis song, but a different version. Who gets married on Friday the 13th? Gutsy move or tempting fate? Time will tell.

Makes it easy to remember your anniversary date.... and Friday the 13th WILL be unlucky if the husband ever forgets that.
 I don't subscribe to arbitrary days, dates, or times as being unlucky or lucky. Of course we have had several black cats over the years.

I'm a high school teacher. It's Friday the 13th and a full moon.
Basically, if the building is still standing at 3:30pm, it was a good day.

I met my wife on Friday 13th, and we married on Friday 13th (not the same one - some years later).
I'm not sure which of us consider it good luck or bad. (hehe).

Friday the 13th used to be a big deal back in High School. My buddies and I would always rent those movies and have a time. Now I don't realize it's Friday the 13th until the day is half way done.
