Anyone else think huss and daltons lean more towards the Gibson tone?

A H&D TDR custom..Honduran Rosewood/Sitka....sounded Martiniesque

A H&D TDM....Mahogany/Sitka....sounded Martinesque

A H&D CM custom...Koa/Englemann..sounded Gibsonesque


....I feel lthat by emulating the basic designs of iconic guitars pretty much any good builder is going to achieve some of the sound those guitars are known for...sure the personal tweaks they make are going to affect the tone somewhat...but oftentimes not much more than you might expect to hear from individual examples from any maker...
