Default New emerald bass, whoa

I am not a bass player but have a Taylor gs mini bass. I saw this new bass and as non bass player it seems crazy. So many strings I wonder what it would be like to play it without hitting other strings and man I can’t imagine the tension on that bridge and neck

That's a monster.

Not part of the standard range - I wonder if this is a custom order that fell through?

A carbon fiber neck, bridge and top eat that degree of tension for breakfast.
