Default Original piece

Called "Cost of Dying". It's your typical yippy skippy happy country song...I was in a Cody jinks / Jamie Johnson mood...with my Blackberry Smoke toque on ;-)

Wow, Brent!

That was really well done! Excellent piece of songwriting work. Your voice sounds great, your Martin dreadnought sounds terrific -- everything is just right.

Are you using just one microphone? It sure works well, whatever you are doing!

Thanks, Glenn.

1 mic only, but it's not the Martin. It's an '89 Taylor 810.

Double wow.

How come you're not famous?

Seriously, get on it.

Really great lyrics and you've got a voice that's good for the soul.
Please keep doing what you're doing.

Thanks, guys. No intentions of quitting yet...much to my wife's chagrin ;-)

I'm hoping to be in studio within the next couple weeks to start laying tracks for this song and finish up two others. The encouragement is very heartening and appreciated.
