My vote is none. I tried them once and quickly removed them. Did not like them. I am exclusively a phosphor bronze guy.

If Elixir made an AB string set I would try them on all my guitars (just as experiment) but uncoated strings of any kind are wasted on me.
As to the OP’s question, try them on both.

I hated them on my 1995 810! Just a jangly mess!! LOVED them
On my Bourgeois Slope D Banjo Killer which was a short scale Adi/hog guitar.

AB strings have the loudest G string ever. I do like them on darker guitars but it always surprises me hot the G string is.

I've had them on both my 914ce and my HD-28. They sound outstanding on my Taylor - I've been through all brands of strings on that guitar, and the EB/AB were simply superb. Nicely balanced, and in DADGAD tuning, dreamy.
It's been awhile since I had them on my Martin, but I plan on trying them again on that guitar (adi-topped) and bumping up from medium/lights to straight mediums. I would try them on both guitars. In fact, I string my golf partner's 814ce, and he's particular about strings. He likes the Elixir 80/20s I put on last time after strictly using phosphor bronze (he's not very knowledgeable about string materials or brands other than Elixir because it's what his guitar came with). My intention is to have him try the EB/AB strings next. I think he'll like them.
